White & Black Rice Renewal Duo

What is the White & Black Rice Renewal Duo?

The KLENZIA White & Black Rice Renewal Duo is a rinse-off skincare treatment designed to help smooth rough-looking texture, refresh pore-prone areas, and leave skin feeling soft, clean, and renewed.

Is it a cleanser or a serum?

It is not a regular cleanser and it is not a leave-on serum. The White & Black Rice Renewal Duo is a rinse-off ampoule-style treatment. Massage it onto the skin, leave it on briefly as directed, then rinse it off before continuing with the rest of your routine.

Do I need to rinse it off?

Yes. This product is designed to be rinsed off. It should not be left on overnight like a traditional serum or moisturizer.

How often should I use it?

We recommend starting with 1–2 times per week. Once your skin feels comfortable, you may increase use up to 2–3 times per week depending on your skin’s needs.

What is the difference between White Rice and Black Rice?

The White Rice treatment is designed for dull, rough-looking skin and a softer-feeling finish. The Black Rice treatment is designed for pore-prone areas, T-zone buildup, and skin that feels congested. Together, they create a simple rinse-off reset for texture and freshness.

Can sensitive skin use it?

Can I use it with retinol, exfoliating acids, or vitamin C?

We recommend avoiding strong active ingredients such as retinol, exfoliating acids, or strong vitamin C products in the same routine when first introducing the Rice Renewal Duo. Start slowly and give your skin time to adjust.

When should I use it in my routine?

Use it after cleansing and before the rest of your skincare routine. After rinsing it off, continue with your toner, serum, moisturizer, or sunscreen depending on the time of day.

Will I see instant results?

Your skin may feel softer and cleaner after use, but visible skincare results vary from person to person. Consistent use, proper routine pairing, and skin type can all affect results.

Can I use the Eye Lift Multi Balm before makeup?

How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after they are placed. Processing includes order confirmation, packing, quality checks, and preparing your order for shipment.

How fast is U.S. delivery?

Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, address, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Will I receive tracking information?

Your first KLENZIA order is backed by our 30-Day Skin Reset Promise. If your first order does not feel right for your skin or your routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery and our team will review your request.

What options are available under the 30-Day Skin Reset Promise?

When eligible, our team may help with a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. The promise applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one claim per customer, household, or shipping address.

What if my order arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@klenzia.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will help with a replacement or refund when eligible.

Can opened skincare products be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and personal care products usually cannot be physically returned and resold. However, if your order qualifies under our 30-Day Skin Reset Promise or arrives damaged, leaking, missing, or incorrect, our team will still help resolve the issue.

How long do refunds take?

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank, card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, or other payment account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
