1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Klenzia provides a risk-free 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all official store purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, you may apply to return the items and receive a product refund within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your package.
Please note that this guarantee covers only product prices. Original shipping fees, customs fees and handling fees are non-refundable. Return rules for promotional orders may vary, please check the corresponding promotion terms before checkout. This policy is only applicable to purchases from the official Klenzia store. Products purchased from other authorized retailers shall be handled directly by the original retailer.
2. Official Return Procedure (Excluding Black Friday & Special Promotions)
All return requests must be submitted via our official support email. Please contact our 24/7 support team at support@klenzia.com with your order number, full name, purchased items and specific return reasons to apply for Return Authorization (RA) and a return label.
Our team will review your request and send an official RA confirmation email within 1–3 business days. Any packages returned without valid official authorization will not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping Regulations
Once your return application is approved, we will send the official designated return address via email. Do not ship items to the manufacturer’s address or any unapproved address. ZhengCuiCui Technology INC is not responsible for any loss, misplacement or damage of packages caused by unauthorized shipping addresses.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
We will complete product inspection within 3–5 business days after receiving your returned package. If the items meet all return requirements, we will initiate the refund within 2–7 business days. The actual arrival time of funds depends on your payment provider, bank processing cycle and regional payment rules, which may take up to 14 business days.
5. Return Fees & Product Condition Rules
All return shipping fees, customs fees and handling fees are borne by the customer, except for orders with confirmed factory defects or our incorrect delivery errors.
Return requests will be rejected or charged with partial deductions if the returned items have missing accessories, damaged original packaging, or obvious usage traces.
6. Damaged Item Claims
If you receive damaged or defective items, please submit a formal claim within 14 days after delivery. Send an email to support@klenzia.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged products, and set the email subject as: DAMAGED.
7. Missing Item Claims
For incomplete orders or missing item issues, please email our support team within a reasonable time frame. Kindly include your order number and set the email subject as: MISSING ITEM for priority verification and resolution.
